Melissa's journey
Melissa joined the company in 2016 as a Support Worker at Harbour Care Home. Before this, she worked in a local hospital.
Melissa was keen to develop her knowledge and further her career and completed a number of training courses gaining qualifications, including a Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
She took on extra responsibilities and new roles, being promoted to Team Leader and then Deputy Manager within the care home. Melissa is now Service Manager at Harbour Lodge.
