Melissa’s journey – building a career in care
Melissa has been part of the Harbour Care team for a little over five years. She joined after working at a local hospital. “I had no experience in supporting those individuals with mental health conditions and complex needs but had always had an interest in this area,” she says.
Alexander’s journey – supported living that makes a difference
Alex has been in and out of a mental health care units for much of his life. But a couple of years ago he was offered the chance to move into a flat managed by Harbour Care Group.
