Supported Living

Our supported living services, registered with the Care Quality Commission, help people to live active, fulfilled, and valued lives as part of their community. These services help the people we support to make the transition to independent living.

Underpinned by the principles of registering the right support, our person-centered, inclusive services enable people to have greater independence, choice and control over the support they receive to help achieve the best possible outcomes.

Taking a person-centred and flexible approach, our supported living service helps the people we support continue their recovery and rehabilitation. It helps enhance their life skills and to live more independently, while still providing round-the-clock support if it's needed.

There is the opportunity for people to 'step down' from hospital-based and residential care services into supported living. This offers ‘continuity of care’ and minimises the disruption of the journey towards independent life.

We can support adults (18-65), living in individual or shared accommodation. All our services can be furnished and are maintained to a high standard. These services are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
