It is a fully supported 24/7 property for up to 5 adults both male and female with medium, to high needs, requiring 24-hour support and personal care, who are happy to share a house and communal facilities.
One bedroom is ensuite, and the remaining 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms which are on the ground and first floor. All bedrooms are large and spacious
There is a large modern well equipped open plan communal kitchen and dining area and utility room. The office/staff room are within the house.
The lounge has large bifold doors leading to the garden which has a small summer house, patio seating area and decking

For staff, it is an easy location to reach with ample parking at the front of the house and the property has a relaxed and caring atmosphere.
